The show Shark Tank is owned by Finnmaxx LLC, Sony Pictures Television Inc., American Broadcasting  Companies Inc. and affiliated entities called Shark Tank Entities. It was created by Mark Burnett who is executive producer along with Clay Newbill, Phil Gurin and Yun Lingner. ABC is the home of the show.
